Simply, a couple of rounds of interviews. Had a couple of rounds of interviews. Asked basic questions.
But the CEO wants more than an EA, he wants a Personal Assistant, someone who can go to the mall and shop for him, or pick up his dry cleaners. That's not what EA's do.
His expectation of a EA are unrealistic.
