I had several rounds of interviews. Phone call screening, behavior online tests, Skype interview with Grapham recruiter and after passing those I received junior/intermediate skill test that I had to write on my own computer in several hours and send the results back. Couple days after there was a test for senior level and was mach more complex. I had to write a piece of software (a game) using Laravel Framework with which I did not have as much experience but if you are familiar with Zend or Codeigniter Frameworks I was able quickly to adjust to the Laravel and perform well. The next round was onsite interview with the CFO who are the owners of the company. I had to answer technical as well as corporate behavior questions. After that there were the background and reference checks. It was tough but absolutely worth it.
