2 meetings with the team. They made me do an assignment as a last round (who does assignments these days?) of SIX video assets with little to no resources and no brief. In addition to video editing, you have to also make up your own copy, come up with your own sound/audio, and overall content creating. I only had 2 days to complete this assignment. It was already a red flag that they were making me do unpaid work. I do not recommend.
