Grape Tree interview questions

The process was very relaxed overall. I was asked a series of simple questions by the interviewer, she then explained what tasks you would be required to do as a customer assistant and then showed me around the shop floor.

Spoke to store manager who said the shop was hiring, emailed her my CV and received an SMS telling me an interview was scheduled. Attended interview in person. Was told I would receive an outcome within a couple of days. A week went by and I contacted the manager only to receive a reply that said “sorry I’ve taken on someone”. Already proving lack of communication and following through with things, seemed unprofessional.
