      Customer Support Representative Interview

      19 Mar 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Champaign, IL
      No offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Granular (Champaign, IL) in Feb 2018

      Interview

Interview was phone based. They asked questions about working with large amounts of data, something that was not in the requirements for the job, which I thought was a bit odd. After the interview process I sent an email of thanks, and inquired about the next step of the process, to which I received no response. Honestly, a "no way in heck are we hiring you" email would have been more appropriate than no response.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked about working with/migrating large amounts of data.
