I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
I got connected through a recruiting event at my university. After talking with some of the employees there I was put in contact with the office I was interested in working at. From there the interview process was more of a "get to know you" than an assessment of my ability to perform a job. One of the more "informal" interviews I've done.
