Interview
Initial screener with HR to ask about experience, reasons for wanting the position, and key skills that would make the candidate successful. Next is an interview with key team members and colleagues - other managers in similar and/or cross-functional groups. The final interview typically with a partner of the division applied for to talk high level your role, responsibilities, why you'd be a good fit and what you bring to the table.
