I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grandcentrix (Cologne) in Jul 2021
Interview
They reached out to be asking if I am interested in the position. First interview was simple and somewhat technical chats and conversation about company and team in general. The next step was a technical homework task and a following discussion of the task with the team. In the task it was stated, that one should spend not more or less than 4 hours. It didn't have anything concrete in the specification, however, people who evaluated it, expected things which we have to dig in to their head to know. They didn't even bother giving a feedback having spent hours on the coding challenge and the interviews. Hands down it's one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had, gladly got rejected and escaped from what I see is a toxic culture.
