The interview process consisted with being interviewed by a Floor Manager and then a follow-up interview with the General Manager. The General Manager hired directly after the interview. Both interviews were not strenuous and were completed in approximately 15 minutes. Both interviews occurred in the restaurant sitting in the dining room in a place with very little seating. Both interviews were preferably scheduled at time periods where the restaurant was slow (i.e. 11am, 3-5pm)

You get interviewed by the server manager and then the general manager. They asked about previous experiences, personal skills, availability, and why you want to join the team. Overall easy going and not too intimidating, but Sundays are mandatory
