I applied online and was called in for an interview by someone other than the person who actually interviewed me. I asked most of the questions to keep the interview going. During the entire interview, the interviewer would seem distracted and disinterested in what I had to say. I'm not sure if this company was actually interviewing to hire or just wasting time.

First part of the interview was over the phone with sales training manager, One more phone call from senior hiring staff and then a quick in person interview followed by two weeks of training.
