I was interviewed remotely by a designer, to align on process and values. After this initial meeting, I was invited to the office to meet the team and I was interviewed by 3 more people at the same time

They asked about my design process, but also about previously bad experiences managing people and if I had experienced “difficult” people. They also asked about how many people I had managed.
