The first two rounds didn't involve formal interviews; they were all impromptu phone calls, and their operations were extremely unprofessional. Before I received an offer, they mailed out office computers without notifying me and sent me a formal payment reminder ordering me to return the computers—something I had no prior knowledge of. Furthermore, the salary they offered was far below industry averages. Furthermore, their attitude towards the candidates was arrogant; I felt disrespected.
