2 rounds in total, 1 st round with the ecomm and digital marketing managers, 2nd round with the VP of digital marketing. Most questions are general questions you will get from all job interviews, some of the 1st round questions are kind of redundant, a lot of "how would you do this" without much concise description of a situation. Stalled for 3 weeks after the 2nd interview, clearly has already started with another candidate but want to keep me around as a back up in case they leave with no notice. HR kept a professional attitude and did not ghost, but the delay was very excessive.
