Gradient Financial Group interview questions

Interviews were refreshingly straight forward, but my impression was that success would depend purely on your relationship with the owners. It also seemed that employees feared the owners more than they respected them. Despite a nice collaborative space and lunch area, I never saw any employees using those spaces. Interviewer missed our initial scheduled call. No phone number provided to call in myself. Never apologized for missing our interview, just thanked me for being flexible and rescheduling. Had an interview, thought it went well, said they'd keep in touch about updates. Never got another email, or phone call. Several follow ups and I gave up.
