Grace Institute (NY) interview questions

The first step was a 30-minute phone screen with the Executive Director. The second step was a group interview with all the members of the Senior Leadership Team. After that round, the Executive Director checked three of my references. The final step was another in-person interview with the ED and a few staff members. This process took about a month. Everyone was very professional, friendly, thoughtful, and smart.

This is for Grace Institute on 40 Rector Street! STAY AWAY!!! Extremely unprofessional - two words to describe this. Grace Institute "ghosts" you when you ask for follow up and updates on the process, rather than letting you know if you did or did not get the position. First interview was in the spring 2018 and now it's November 2018 and still haven't gotten a response! I asked and apparently "they went on vacation", which speaks volumes on how they treat applicants and potentially employees. Luckily, there are other non-profits that are better run and it can be obvious from the interview process why they are having trouble as an organization. The office was always empty and employees were heading out early. To this day (a couple months after), I still have no received a response. There was a phone interview, then an in person interview, then a couple weeks later, had a in person interview with the head of the organization along with a group/panel interview with other staff.
