Interview
There's 3 rounds, 1st with the Direct hiring manager, 2nd and 3rd rounds are usually on the same day. 2nd round is with peers to assess your culture fit or any other follow-up questions. 3rd round is with the BU head.

Case study question, on how would you forecast COE and what strategy would you employ
TPM interview. Unprofessional- late to interview by 20 minutes and end the interview earlier by 15 minutes. Turnaround time for overall process is very slow. Interviewers/HM lack tech depth for this kind of job. They were not able to understand
Responsive recruiter, required to do case studies and went through around 3 rounds of interviews. Asks reasonably challenging behavioral interview questions. Interviewer seemed nice but can appear intimidating. Overall its an ok experience despite having to spend a lot of time on the case study.

The HR personnel was very professional before setting interview session with the hiring manager. However the actial interview with the hiring manager didnt actually match with the advertised job descriptions.
