Interview
Very easy, it was a group interview with more than 5 people in a big conference room. Some of them were on a call via teams. Very easy going and nice people
Phone interview was good. They asked me to write a (very long) proposal. After spending hours writing 9+ pages, they rejected me. That's fine but I asked for feedback and got ghosted afterwards. I think if you're going to have a candidate do THIS much work, you should at least provide some feedback..even if its short. I felt disrespected.
