One of the most consistant and tolerable interview processes, i have been through in my 4 months of looking for a new job.
initial phone call was about 30 minutes with the companies HR, from there you will speak with the hiring manager, about 2 more with people that are on your team.
they made their decision in about 2 weeks.

I would recommend once you start speaking with the hiring manager interview them turn the process around and interview them ask lots of open ended questions. i promise you they will be impressed
