The interview was good, I was able to have 2-way of communication, they're quite open with feedbacks. There were 2 layers of interview, one from the COO and another one from the user/manager. It was basically a matchmaking process whether this candidate is a good fit in this fast-paced industry and is able to work in shifts or not.
