2 - 3 interviews lasting between 1-2 hours. The first focusing on the culture of the company and the second on technical skills. The questions require intentional thought out answers and can go pretty deep and vulnerable.

A lot of questions with subpar feedback. Took way too long to hear back, as they said they were trying to hire for the position as soon as possible and it took around 4 months to go from initial interview to first day of work.
