Gorilla 76 interview questions

My interview process included 4 rounds of interviews over 3 weeks. The first interview was a call with the founder Jon, the second was a call with a director, the third was Jon, the director, and HR. The final interview was Jon, the director, HR, and two other director level employees who I would be interacting with in my role. I really appreciated that every person I spoke with had read my resume and the questions I was asked were a good mix of asking about specific skills & past experience with culture fit questions. I felt really comfortable and engaged during the entire process.

The interview process was very casual, but thorough. I met with the founder first, and he was awesome. Then, I met with a department head, who was also very kind and asked some great questions.
