Very quick and responsive. The hiring team was very transparent and did not ignore me like many other firms do. They were prompt in their response and very cordial. Overall, a good interview process.

Super straightforward and no difficult questions. They want a general understanding of your background and whether you will fit in the firm they also ask what area you want to pursue since they have multiple area

Experience level, why you left your previous position what is your 10 year plan
Consecutive discussions with each of the three partners at the local office. Discussions were straightforward and typical of a normal interview. Interview lasted approximately 1:15 and varied from formal questions to casual discussion.
Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. Set up interview with partner from a northeast office. Call interview. Explained process and what they are looking for. No follow up after first call, not even to decline offfer.
