Google Technical Solutions Engineer - VMware Solution interview questions

Interview process took 2 months and was 3 rounds. 1st round was part technical and part personality. 2nd round was code review and other technical questions. During the second round I asked for clarification on the questions multiple times and was not given any information to help me progress through what they were asking. 3rd round was with hiring manager - he was 15 minutes late and took an additional 15 minutes to get his notes and questions ready. Questions were very simple i.e. how to handle team dynamic items, confrontation, and customer deescalation Overwall the lowest quality interview I have ever had. I've gone through 15-20 interviews with varying levels of technical questions. I've never had such an unprofessional experience.
