The interview process was as corporate and formal as it gets. They provide you with guides for how to succeed in their interviews, however, on top of preparing, you need to have very clever and ideal responses to your past experience, what your motivation is to work there, and the curveball scenario question they throw you. The chances to build rapport were quickly shut down.
