4 out of 5 of the interviewers are quite nice and friendly. However, my first interviewer is extremely arrogant. Also, my recruiter is very irresponsible. She didn't show up the day I interviewed and have never replied to any emails that I sent her.
I was contacted by a recruiter and later scheduled for two interview rounds: a technical screen to assess my skills, followed by a leadership round to evaluate my collaboration and problem-solving approach.

Schnelle Absage über die Statusmeldung im Portal. Ohne Referenz von internen Mitarbeitern ist es schwierig, in die Interviewphase zu gelangen. Anschließend ist man für 90 Tage im Bewerbungsverfahren blockiert, was eine erneute Bewerbung ebenfalls erschwert. Das ist nicht ganz fair, wenn die Gründe für die Absage sehr unterschiedlich sein können, wie etwa wenn zu viele Bewerber bereits im Prozess sind.
