I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Google in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process was pretty sped up and difficult. I had my initial phone interview on Tuesday morning and then did not find out until Wednesday afternoon that I was advancing to the next round of interviews... but on Friday. So I had about a day to prepare and it was TOUGH.
Looking back, I thought I had a great experience and I really liked the conversations I had with the two managers I spoke with.
Unfortunately, it came down to me and one or two others and they decided to not move forward with me. I received a call from a recruiter 2 weeks after the interviews with the managers.
I was extremely upset as this was my dream position and if I could do anything looking back it would have been to push my interview date with the manager to the following week. Having it all crammed together made it difficult for me to prepare and in turn, led me to lose the position.

Question 1
I signed an NDA so I cannot disclose but check Youtube and blogs for a few popular general resume questions, that will help!
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
