The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
Very extensive, after four rounds I finally knew where I stood, and the entire process took about 3-4 weeks before I understood the entire roles and responsibilities. Great interview process because you have ample time to ask questions

Question 1
What are you going to do to stand out from other sales representatives.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Reston, VA) in Nov 2022
Interview
3 - 45 Minute sessions and two recruiter screenings. I was very disappointed by my recruiting process at Google Public Sector after making clear my background and being advanced for an alternate role that I have no experience for. I felt the recruiters were unable to spend any time to prep before speaking to me, and ended up wasting both of our time. I also felt the recruiters weren't able to offer any information but felt like a one way conversation of me speaking and not getting any information about the role, reciprocated.

Question 1
Never interviewed due to recruiter's negligence to align my experience to a role that makes sense.
