Interview
The interview was fairly straight forward and what you expect when interviewing with Google. During my in-person interview, I was selectively asked a pretty difficult question regarding creating an app to promote workplace diversity on the spot. I understand questions like these are to see your thought process and how you go about solving problems. However, I felt that I was selectively asked this question because of my background.

Create an app that promotes workplace diversity. What would it be? How would you make money? Go..
the process is very fast. i got 4 rounds of interview within 2 weeks, and got the feedback right after each round of interviews. sometimes its depends on the chemistry between you and the interviewer.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
