Foi o processo mais inteligente o qual participei. A empresa te prepara e em todas as entrevistas você é desafiado a pensar e resolver problemas. Você realmente aprende com o processo, itens como, pensar sob pressão, resolver problemas de forma rápida e estruturada, raciocínio lógico etc. Adorei o processo.

As entrevistas são compostas de 4 etapas, cada entrevistador de cada uma destas etapas está avaliando principalmente um dos 4 itens que o Google considera como características que eles procuram, com certeza o maior desafio é o de lógica, onde na frente do entrevistador você precisa mostrar cálculos e resoluções dos problemas propostos.

Organised , 2-3 rounds , more about media experience and more follow-up questions … last few minutes for questions to hiring manager … confident answer in STAR method is best way to proceed
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
