      MBA Summer Interview

      16 Apr 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Google (New York, NY) in Jan 2019

      Interview

2 remote interviews on the same day. Both supposed to take 45 minutes. Both conducted by actual people on the team. One of the interviewers was not professional. Said that something else came up and that they would need to cut the interview short. That interviewer was visibly distracted and did not seem to want to be interviewing anyone, it seemed they were only doing it because they had to. That interview lasted less than 20 minutes (instead of the promised 45). The other interviewer was much more professional and actually conducted the interview as promised.
