Process is "currently being revamped", but was highly robotic and algorithmic, trying to be totally depersonalized and "objective". Included no questions about skills, experience, history, etc. as well as no behavioral questions.

Many algorithms and data structures questions, one on google docs for the technical screening, five on whiteboards for the in-person interview
