I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Google (Singapore) in Jan 2016
Interview
Not so many technical questions, many open ended and brainteaser questions, really interesting but so difficult.
The interviewer was pretty friendly, he was smiling alot when hearing my pitch regarding the question of "Explain to an alien (supposedly understand English) what google is in 1 minute".
