Interview
I interviewed with Google for a Software Engineering Intern position after applying through a referral. The process started with an online assessment, followed by two technical interviews and one behavioral round, each lasting around 45 minutes. The technical interviews mainly focused on data structures and algorithms, where I was asked to solve coding problems and explain my approach clearly, along with discussing one of my past projects in detail. The behavioral round included questions about teamwork, problem-solving, and handling challenges. Overall, the interviewers were professional and supportive, and they encouraged me to explain my thought process when solving problems. I would rate the overall difficulty as challenging but fair, and the entire process took about a month from application to final decision.
