5 stages of interview for what appeared to be an admin-heavy role. Three phone calls and then two half-day interviews at their offices. I took two days off work for the in-office interviews and it was an uncomfortable experience- I had three 30-min interviews back to back on one of the days without a break. I did not receive an offer and was given feedback that was, unfortunately, quite gendered. I was told I was "too direct", which I can't help but wonder if they would've given the same feedback to a male.
