Three to four rounds (scheduled days) with several people each time. The whole process took about three to four weeks total. Just when I thought it was over, they'd request more interviews. It felt a little over kill.
The process was too behavioral based as it used testing BEFORE any actual interview happened. I didn't even get a real interview. The inventory knocks you out or selects you into an interview.
