I applied through indeed and got a phone call to schedule an in person interview. The interview was pretty average. A lot of it was explaining my current job duties and the initiatives that Goodwill wants to push through their social media. I thought the first interview went really well because we had a great conversation but I was completely ghosted afterwards and never heard back, even after following up twice.
