It was very quick and easy. It was on site and very low pressure. They made it feel very comfortable. The interview lady was very nice. I ultimately turned down the job, but I did remember the process and how pleasant it was.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
To describe a time where I had to deal with difficult employee
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Goodwill (San Antonio, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
They call you over the phone and just ask a little bit about you then they set up an appointment with the store manager. The store manager interviews you and asks you questions about yourself and what your strengths and weaknesses are. After that, they schedule a drug test and if you pass then you attend orientation and can begin working soon.
simple, barely any questions. they didn’t ask much, first time worker and they still hired me sooo but that was 2021. It wasn’t awful but not very structured. could’ve been worse
Called me on the phone and set an in-person interview. Asked a few questions in their office, with just one manager. Interview probably lasted 30 minutes, with basic questions about my cashiering experience, why I was looking for a job, etc.
