I interviewed at Goodway Technologies (Stamford, CT)
Interview
The interview started with an initial phone screening, then an hour long virtual interview with a direct manager that tested my technical knowledge. The second stage was in-person with five managerial employees from different teams within the company. The interview lasted roughly six hours straight going from 10am to 4pm, which was unexpected as this was an early career position. I did my best and thought the interview went well, but I was rejected and given no feedback at all. I thought this was unprofessional and I deserve some sort of feedback, given my significant time investment to the interview.

Interview
Interview with the management team was not too difficult. Got a full tour of the facility and met with the CEO. They seem to have a great team atmosphere. Required to work 100 on site, which is OK. Ended up not taking the offer due to a long commute.

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Goodway Technologies (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Fairly straightforward. Basic engineering questions focused more on the job duties and personality. Not many technical questions. They are really looking to see if you would be a good fit, and rely heavily on resume and previous work experience.
