After an initial call with a recruiter, you have a week to schedule a hackerrank assignment where you have to implement a solution that passes 100% of the tests within a time limit. Be aware that some of the tests will exercise your solution against quite a big data sample.

The interview process is challenging, but that’s understandable, they’re looking for the best people. I would have appreciated a bit more timely communication during the process, especially overall updates on the status.

I did a screening call, received very good feedback during the call, only to be rejected and then ghosted 3 days later. The process is composed of 4 stages: 1. coding screening (hackerrank), 2. coding / system design interview, 3. behavioural interview, 4. behavioural inteview (? - honestly didn't really understand what this is)
