I applied online and almost immediately was invited by the recruiter to fill out 2 assessments: first one was just like a word selection of how I would describe myself and how others would describe myself - very easy; the second was a 50 question / 20-minute timed cognitive assessment with practice rounds. I completed it promptly and was invited to schedule time to speak to the recruiter for 30 minutes. We had a nice Zoom conversation, she was very high energy and described the process & asked good questions. She said she would get back to me end of that week or early next (our interview was on Thursday). I never heard at the mentioned time, nor have I heard 3 weeks later. I was excited about the opportunity, especially of going through an interview process with a company that has built an HR tool, so I was shocked to not hear anything? Very poor branding. I also asked about the cognitive assessment and she basically said it's used as a tool to screen candidates based on how quickly they fill it out (meaning, if they fill it out at all, and if they do, if they do it quickly after receiving the invitation) - so word to anyone who's interested to do it quickly, I guess?
