      I did not want to read too much into the negative reviews here on the interview process here, but after my experience, I can confirm that it makes sense why so many people had such a negative interview experience. First, I was contacted by the recruiter in which we did a brief 10-minute phone screening interview- she was great. Later that day I received an email to set up a time to speak with the marketing hiring manager. He was very nice and we had a very good conversation. A few days later I received an email for another phone interview this time with the head of digital marketing. I booked my time slot and received confirmation-the interviewer never called. I contacted the recruiter to see what happened and to set up another time to speak to this person. I set up another time to talk to this person and he was late to the call and from all the noise in the background, the person was obviously driving with me on speaker and preoccupied. I get it we are all busy, but interviewing is not a fun and easy experience so it is rather disrespectful to not even have someones attention. The interview felt very disconnected and completely out of the scope of JD. A few days go by and I followup, no response and then I try one week later no response. 3 weeks later ( after following up yet again several more times) I receive an email that they have decided to go with other candidates- which is totally fine BUT this is where communication is key. I encountered a lack of respect for interviewees time and a huge lack of communication.
