      Three to four stages depending on the hiring manager. The website says three. You will be asked to do a practical, written assignment. If you aren't keen on the role don't bother doing it.

      Ask them these questions: What's the most common reason people say they like working here? What's an example of how the company supported an employee's growth? How do you gather feedback from employees and what do you do with it? Can you describe a change the company made based on employee input? How are decisions made in the company and who typically gets involved? What's the typical approach to performance management here? What are the company's practices for ensuring diversity & inclusion What is your people management philosophy? Do the leaders and managers micromanage? What is your HR philosophy? Why do the HR leaders in the organization keep leaving? What’s one unwritten rule about working here that people tend to learn only after joining?
