Straight forward process - I applied via LinkedIn and was emailed within a day by the talent team. I had a total of three interviews with talent, COO and the hiring manager all through Google Meets. For the final interview I opted to meet in person at their office, this was optional. A day after my final interview I was given a verbal offer followed by a written offer, via docusign, with a week long expiry date. The offer was fair and within the remit that I expected, I was sent a list of employee benefits which the talent team also talked me through.
