The first thing you should know about the position is that is not exactly what it says. It's not a marketing position and, honestly, it sounds like a great opportunity to those who are up to hardworking and looking for the opportunity to make good money. Therefore, the company should be honest about it in the job posting. When I asked during the interview I was told the correct name of the position (which I don't recall right now). So I don't see a reason to not go for the right name on the job posting. That said, It was 3 rounds of interviews, but I've only gone until the 2nd one. 1st Interview (30min) - Group interview to present the company and hear overall about your previous leadership experiences. Nice atmosphere, I felt comfortable and the leader was really easy-going. 2nd interview (1h) - With the manager, also in a group, to better explain the dynamic of the job and salary. The man has a great speech and I could tell he must be an amazing salesperson. The offered salary is the minimum wage OR as much as you make out of commission (what is higher). At the end of the interview, he asks you to send an email about your goals.

You get a phone call to check if you're worth their time for the first interview or now (just basic communication skills check) post which you decide an online interview time. Once the online interview has taken place, you get to know if you're getting accepted for the 2nd interview through the mail.
