Very hard because they asked me questions about my work I struggled to answer in the appropriate depth - I was subsequently made to feel very small and told that I might be reconsidred for the position if I could perform Rick Astley's Never Gonna Give you Up (in costume) in front of a live audience made up of the people I had most admired in my youth.
