The interview process was extremely good, it was initially a phone interview where they ask you questions about you, your experience, and scenario based questions.. if the recruiter felt you was qualified then they will move on to the in person interview. Both interviews went great the charge nurse interview you asking you some similar questions the recruiter asks and then gives you pretty much a glimpse on what your regular day would possibly look like
