It was over zoom and basic nursing questions were asked. You meet with the DON and maybe the administrator and a unit manager. Then they get back to you in a few days or a week. Hiring process is straight forward

Average interview questions and situations given and asked how you would respond to them. Very simple interview with them also reviewing your resume with you. Asking about your duties and situations that arises
