Very thoughtful preparation provided from the recruiter. Entire interview process is around 3-4 interviews total. You’ll be provided a case study and need to prepare for a mock cold call or discovery call. You also interview with cross collaborative leaders. Ie: marketing

Interview process was great. Definetly competive as they want the best of the best. Be prepared as much as you possibly can. Definetly one of the better companies to work at.

Interviewed with SDR manager, then other SDR manager for mock call, then final interview with a different SDR manager. All people were very nice. Interviews were pretty casual and standard. Gong has high expectations since it's a very competitive role, so take some time to prepare. Mock call was fun!

The interview process was four rounds. Phone screening, hiring manager, cold call exercise, and final round with another manager. The cold call exercise was a little intimidating initially, however, the manager gave great actionable feedback!
