Very thorough and informative interview process. I went through a total of 5 rounds. Everyone was was very supportive and helpful along the way. There are a couple of exercises that you will need to complete, but they provide all of the resources for you to do well. I would recommend giving yourself plenty of time to research the company, their culture, and how their sales team goes about prospecting and cold calling.

Interview
Interviewed with SDR manager, then other SDR manager for mock call, then final interview with a different SDR manager. All people were very nice. Interviews were pretty casual and standard. Gong has high expectations since it's a very competitive role, so take some time to prepare. Mock call was fun!

The interview process was four rounds. Phone screening, hiring manager, cold call exercise, and final round with another manager. The cold call exercise was a little intimidating initially, however, the manager gave great actionable feedback!
