Sit down chat. Gentleman was nice but didn’t really explain the job or any salary expectations. Told anyone can learn sales and do asked if I enjoy it. Turns out it was a commission based role anyway so I did not attend the outdoor sales experience

Applied online, they answered back in 3 days. Visited company for a face-to-face interview.
Afterwards, picked a location where interviewee stands in front of a busy road with former employees trying to sell staff. You progress only if you reach X amount of sales, which tends to be a very high number.
They are trying to hard to make a good image for new recruits by making "super happy exercise morning session" and other glittery stuff. The whole company is a scam - based on pyramid scheme expansion. Majority of the reviews on here have been written by fake accounts in order to balance the bad reviews.
Make yourself a favor and don't accept any of their offers.
